Walter Michel's self-control has become the bible! He divided human sensibility and rationality into the interaction between the warm emotional system and the cold cognitive system to conduct research experiments. 

Starting from the initial "surprise house", such as the cotton candy on the table, children can choose to eat it on the table. If he is willing to wait for 20 minutes, he can finally get two cotton candies, which is the so-called "delayed gratification" test.
