Which books to read for fitness has always been a difficult problem. Although the best-selling books on the market are simple and easy to accept, most of these books lack scientific rigor. Academic works are more difficult to eat, and many people can't stand it.

Fitness is not reckless, you must have the scientific and correct training, which can save you a lot of detours.
In this era, you have to continuously learn knowledge, philosophical perspective, theory guides practice, practice reaction, and theory.
I think I'm still a fitness beginner. I have enough knowledge at present, but I am still learning. I will continue to recommend good books in the future.
